This year, Duchesnay employees and management demonstrated exceptional generosity in presenting a cheque for $12,000 to Moisson Laurentides as part of the organization’s 2016 Grande guignolée campaign, surpassing last year’s donation of $10 000.
Over the last six years, Duchesnay has donated over $42,000 to Moisson Laurentides. Fundraising activities are organized throughout the year thanks to our energetic and creative employee committee.
Every month, Moisson Laurentides provides food assistance to more than 22,048 individuals, including 7853 children (35.5% of beneficiaries) through 78 community organizations.
We are very proud of the generosity shown by our employees to the less fortunate in our community and we plan to continue our commitment to this important cause in 2017.
